Behalfy by Stafless helps operators run AI agents for small and midsize businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how connected channels are used, and how customers can request access or deletion.

What Behalfy does
Behalfy is an operator-managed AI-agent platform for SMBs. Operators configure agents that can answer customer messages, qualify leads, and use connected business tools under approved rules.
The platform may connect to services such as Gmail, Instagram, and Facebook through OAuth or platform APIs when an authorized business user chooses to connect those channels.
Information we collect
We collect account and workspace information such as names, email addresses, tenant or business names, configuration settings, and user roles.
When a business connects a channel, we may process customer messages, sender identifiers, thread metadata, attachments or links included in messages, agent replies, and operational logs needed to run and troubleshoot the service.
For OAuth integrations, we store access tokens or refresh tokens only as needed to provide the connected service. We do not sell OAuth data or use it for advertising.
How we use information
We use information to deliver AI-agent responses, route conversations, preserve conversation isolation by agent and contact, show operators and clients conversation history, maintain security, and improve reliability.
Message content from Gmail, Instagram, Facebook, or other connected channels is used only to provide the requested agent workflow and related support or diagnostics.
Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with infrastructure, database, authentication, AI, and messaging providers needed to operate Behalfy. These providers process data on our behalf.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or with the business owner's authorization.
Retention and deletion
We keep workspace, customer, and conversation data while the business uses Behalfy or as needed for legitimate operational, security, and legal purposes.
A business can request deletion of its data or a specific customer's data by emailing contact@behalfy.io. See the Data Deletion page for the request process.
